Light airy double room with awesome views. The room is fully furnished, featuring a double bed with a new mattress, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a chair. It has plenty of space for storage. In the ensuite, there is a sink, a shower and a toilet. The kitchenette has a sink, fridge with a small freezer compartment, and a microwave/grill. There is a larger kitchen downstairs, with an oven, dishwasher and a washing machine, and other 'mod cons' that have shared use.

On-street parking is always available close to the house.
The property is off-street and very quiet and private. Use of the garden with a fire-pit and incredible views.
There are some lovely walks through woodland and next to the Severn shoreline.

It's walking distance to supermarkets, sports centre, lido, library, pubs and restaurants. Only 10 mins drive to junction 19 of M5. Bus stops very close. Aztec West, Southmead hospital & Clifton are within 20-25 mins drive.

I'm a live-in landlord in a very comfortable, homely house, and there may be one other week-only lodger in the home. I'm busy and often out, so the house is sometimes very quiet.

A cat called Milo also lives in the house; in fact, he thinks he owns it!
