Room in shared home in Portishead Marina

Double room in shared house available to single person.

This is first floor room in a town house, It faces to the rear into a spacious courtyard, so is usually quiet.

The room is in a 3 bedroom house 50m from the Marina edge, close to Waitrose, The Posset Cup and the H&W pub/restaurant.

The room on the front is let to an English female (with whom you share the bathroom) and the room on the top floor is also let to a female.. She has her own bathroom. You will all share the kitchen and living room. Both your flatmates are in management and professional roles.

There is plenty of room for a desk. I have just decorated the room and have bought a new mattress. New carpets have been fitted. The hall, stairs and landing had new carpets two months ago. The room gets lots of natural light from the two windows. I shall be decorating the shared bathroom from 11th to 13th August. The bedroom is ready now if you don't mind the disruption.

The rent includes all bills - council tax, gas, electricity, wifi (Virgin) window cleaning, water.

The room includes the bed, wardrobe and drawers.

The kitchen has all the things you'd expect - electric oven; gas hob; washing machine; fridge/freezer; dishwasher; new microwave; new kettle, toaster, crockery; cutlery; pots and pans etc. There is a new vacuum cleaner. The boiler was replaced last winter, so should give you reliable heat and hot water.

Outside there is a small garden partly gravelled, ideal for planters that can move with you. There is one parking space for our use at the rear and around 10 visitor spaces. There is also street parking to the front - essentially, unusually for this estate, there is plenty of parking and you will always get a space close to the house. If you use the bus to Bristol, the stop is close by.

There is a garage that is good for a bike and a couple of suitcases, but not the contents of another home!
