It is studio style, ie includes double bed, large corner sofa, wardrobes, desk, chair, cupboards, drawers etc. Alternatively there is double room on 2nd floor with king size, bed, wardrobes, cupboards etc. Can consider Mon-Fri let basis by mutual agreement. Bathroom is not en-suite but it is primarily for tenants sole use. Suits professional requiring comfortable accommodation in a convenient location with free on-street parking available & 5 mins drive to J.19, M5 motorway. 15 mins walk to Portishead high street. 25 mins walk to Marina cafes & bars. 20 mins walk to bus stops for buses into Bristol city-centre. I am a female live-in landlord who appreciates a clean tidy home. House close to woodland walks, coast paths etc, local leisure facilities.
