Hello! I’m looking for a friendly and tidy lodger to rent a furnished double room in my 2-bedroom flat in Portishead, just outside Bristol.

• Modern 2-bedroom apartment (you’ll be sharing with me)
• Shared kitchen and living area
• Underfloor heating in the living room
• All kitchen appliances available to use/share - I've got a handy Ninja, Rice Cooker and Coffee Machine :)
• Secure building access (key and fob entry)
• Allocated parking space included
• Bike storage shed available
• Lift access available

Located in Portishead Marina, with good access to Bristol by car or bus. The marina, shops, cafés and coastal walks are all nearby. Great access to the motorway network, located just three miles from Junction 19 of the M5. Portishead is due to have its own railway station soon connecting to the mainline rail network at Bristol Temple Meads.

About Me
I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of personal space. I work hybrid and am happy to support hybrid working in the flat as well. I'm fairly introverted but always down for evening chats, meals and board games to destress. LGBT-friendly :)

Ideally looking for a female lodger who is clean, considerate, and won't judge me for my atrocious dancing skills on the Switch 😂. This is definitely not a party house and more of a relaxed and comfortable home. Happy to welcome well-behaved pets :).
