I am a landlord that stays at the property now and again, perhaps two days a month.

The property is located in the popular 'fishing village' by the pier that provides the access to the Marina, it benefits from a live-out landlord.

Portishead is a thriving seaside town, with easy access to the M5 motorway junction five which is just a few miles away

Sainsbury's and Waitrose superstores are just a ten-minute walk away, there is a local Co-Op just two minutes away, Portishead Marina and the High Street, have a plethora of restaurants, pubs and shops, along with the big chain stores of Argos, Homebase, Majestic Wine, Home Bargains, Lidl and Aldi.

The views from the lounge, bedroom one and bedroom three are stunning.

The property comprises on the ground floor of a lounge-diner with access to the community courtyard, a communal lounge area, and a cloakroom that is available for all tenants to share.

The first floor has bedrooms one and two who have exclusive and shared use of the bathroom/shower on that floor.

The second floor has bedrooms three, four and five, they have exclusive access to the shared bathroom/shower room on that floor.

A flat-screen TV is provided in the lounge area, together with broadband.

The property is fully furnished to a high specification.

Bedroom Four is on the top floor of three, has a single bed with ottoman storage, wardrobe with built-in drawers,(TV can be provided at an extra cost)
