Portishead Marina, Double Room.

Lovely furnished double bedroom in a house on the Marina. Recently modernised and decorated throughout. You will be sharing with one male and one female, and also a cat! You will have access to all the usual facilities of a home and the rent will include all bills.

The house is a three storey town house that has been completely refurbished and upgraded. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and large built in wardrobe. There is a large bathroom with a bath that you and one other (female) will have exclusive us of.

It’s a great position with views of the Marina which is only 25 metres away. All the amenities are only a short walk away, Parish Wharf sports centre has gyms, exercise classes and swimming pool and there are other gyms available. Portishead is a very sociable area with plenty of venues to eat and drink and a large younger population. There is plenty of off street parking and room in the garage for a bike.

We are looking for a female to share with us, you must be clean, tidy, considerate and respect the rules/property. This is a double room for single occupancy and I would expect you to treat the house as your home. You must be in full time employment but not working nights or working from home.
