My Preference would be someone working shifts of Monday to Friday but Im open to all options.
I have specified female as I have daughters who visit and stay over there preference was for a female lodger. Its also worth noting that I work away a few nights a week so the lodger would likely have the house to themselves when this happens.
Modern Clean house with 2 sitting rooms. Very house proud and would expect the same of anyone staying. If u smoke its not to be done in the house ever.
Nice Local Pub and easy access to M5 and Hinckly Point Park and ride (You can walk in 15 min)
