We are offering for rent a large, bright room with a double bed, in our Grade 2 listed Georgian house on the outskirts of Radstock, a pleasant 20 minute journey in to Bath, and convenient for commuting to many other towns. The bus service is excellent to both Bath and Bristol, as are the park and ride services.
The room is set apart from the main part of the house, and offers seclusion and privacy, whilst still being close to the shared amenities. There is a large back garden, front and back entrances, and off street parking. The room has a lock, and is fully furnished with a double wardrobe, 3 sets of drawers and a bedside lamp. The monthly rent also includes use of the washing machine and tumble dryer.. Laundered bedding and towels can be supplied for £15 pcm
The house surrounds the former local village store, which we ran for 18!/2 years, so we are well established in the village. We are attached to a very nice village pub, that causes no problems.
The kitchen is almost exclusive to you, as is the family bathroom, and has the normal range of gadgets and equipment.
Single occupancy is £550 pcm, double is £750.
