Double bedroom furnished available in Haydon

I own a lovely home near Radstock that i share with a friend and we now have a large spare double furnished room available.
He was a professional athlete but is now working IT from home or abroad and i work one day a week as an Energy Manager as i help care for my elderly parents during the week.
There is lots of shared space (large lounge, conservatory, kitchen diner and upstairs small lounge/office, two bathrooms, downstairs toilet, nice garden and large two storey garage). We have sky and superfast broadband and off-street parking.
We are respectful, tidy professionals who like cooking, gym, animals, nature and tv. There are also two older cats living here that are very loving and friendly.
