This is the first attempt at renting the room and I have heard ladies are tidier (though I am yet to be convinced), and I would prefer a weekday lodger. As my kids stay one night at the weekend (unless you mind a but I noise) lol
The room is furnished with a tv sofa and singe bed, and a fair amount of storage.
