Quirky cottage in Ilminster on main road but very quiet at night and weekends.
After bad tenants robbed and trashed the cottage I'm putting it back together and hoping to find relaxed no complications person. I also have a small single room and am willing to let relatives stay for short periods of time when I'm not there so one can maintain one's normal life ie family.
I'm keeping the cottage comfortable and basic so there is plenty of room for bits and pieces.
I don't have BBand at the moment but when the person decides to stay for 3 months hopefully longer I will arrange it.
Its a shared courtyard at back and I'm making a small seating area at the side of the cottage, slow process but it will be done.
Cats not suitable as there's no where for them to go outside
