PLEASE NOTE: This is a Monday to Friday arrangement ONLY.

I'm a nice normal, friendly professional woman.

I’m looking for a clean, tidy and quiet person who is looking for somewhere to stay during the working week.

This would mean arriving on Monday after work and then leaving at the latest by 6pm on Friday. I’m afraid this arrangement is non-negotiable.

My home is a lovely Victorian conversion - 3 bedroom, 3 storey house - in a quiet, well-maintained area with lovely neighbours. Safe visitors parking available.

You would have a Double Bedroom:
- Double divan bed with storage drawers.
- high quality orthopaedic mattress.
- TV and Wifi in the room.
- hanging rail and storage drawer unit.
- desk and chair for laptop etc
- newly decorated with new curtains and headboard.
- Towels provided and laundered weekly.
- Bedding provided and laundered every other week.

You have your own bathroom:
- Enclosed over the bath shower.
- Own toilet and sink.
- Towels provided.

Use of kitchen:
- dishwasher
- washing machine
- microwave

Enclosed courtyard garden which you’re very welcome to use.

Friendly lady owner and friendly lady dog.

Transport nearby:
Buses. Nearest train station is Castle Carey which is a main London line.

neighbourhood:
Quiet. Stones throw from open countryside but shops and cafes 10 minute walk away. Great location. I love it!
