Looking for temporary and short term guests for our comfy and quiet double spare room.

Ideally someone who works in the area and needs a room anywhere from 1 - 4 nights per week.

Nightly rate of £40 includes:

Furnished double room (including desk) with lovely views
High speed fibre internet
Use of fully equipped kitchen
Shared bathroom (bath and shower), seperate WC
Parking on street (free and unrestricted)
Use of garden/patio

We are a professional couple in our 40s/50s, friendly and busy. We also have two happy friendly cats (must like cats!)

The house is an old cottage, full of character in a quiet part of town, just 5 minutes walk to the centre, and 15 mins from Wells, Frome and 35 to Bath.
