The house and room is fully furnished and the rent is 500 pounds per month for a single person

Deposit will be 200 pounds.

You also have the convenience of the boiler, heating and hot water repair insurance included in this price in case any thing happens to the boiler or hot water system including radiators.

You will also have a generous bathroom, a wardrobe and a single bed.

Also included is washing machine and fridge freezer.
