The property is surrounded by fields, with plenty of great walks and cycle routes nearby, including nearby footpaths through Somerton woods.
Tenants can borrow a rowing boat or paddleboard to use on the river Cary if/when they wish, and outdoor space (a section of the large garden) can be offered too in the Summer.
