Double room

My home is in the lovely town of Somerton. I have one Double spare room for a professional person. The house has three bedrooms, one of which has been turned into an office/wardrobe room. There is a shared bathroom. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, lounge and conservatory for dining. Small private garden is accessible out the french doors at the back, with off road parking at the front.

The house is within walking distance to the town centre where there are plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops. Somerton has good bus network too and is in perfect commuting distance to Yeovil/Taunton etc.

This is a quiet home that would suit a busy professional person, who goes out to work and is looking for an organised, peaceful and relaxing home to come back to. I would like to share the space with a similarly tidy and courteous professional.
