Double room in rural house with pets

We are a family of 3 with a spacious downstairs double room. We both work normal full-time hours (1 from home) and our son is at secondary school. We are looking for a short-term lodger - we have no specific timeframe in mind, it can be a week or a few months. Max of 6-months. We are also open to a couple, with a rent negotiation TBD.

There is a shower room next to the bedroom, which will be exclusively yours overnight (we will be upstairs).

Shared spaces:
* kitchen diner
* living room with TV (Sky, Netflix, Disney+, etc)
* utility room - washing machine, storage, chest freezer
* garage with storage space
* garden & patio
* off-road parking

The rent includes utilities, broadband, council tax, reasonable use of the washing machine, dishwasher and TV. Please note that the security deposit will be more if you are staying for more than a month.

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. We are able to add a desk and chair if required. You're also welcome to bring your own furniture.

Our home is quiet and rural with walks on the doorstep. We have 3 cats and a large friendly dog, so an animal-lover is a must! You will also need a car because there is no public transport here.

We are very easy-going and keep normal Mon to Fri 9-5 hours. We eat meat and drink alcohol. We don't smoke. Our ideal is someone who keeps 'normal hours', so no door-banging at 4am.
