South Petherton is conveniently located for the A303. Only 20 minutes drive to Yeovil District Hospital, Leonardo’s and RNAS Yeovilton. There are bus services from the village and trains run from the nearby towns of Yeovil, Crewkerne and Taunton.
South Petherton is a lovely village to live in. There is a great community spirit. The property is within two minutes walk of shops, cafe, Pharmacy, GP practice, takeaway and public house. Plus community hospital. There are many great walks and cycling routes from the doorstep.
Please note the images are from my previous advert. The bedroom is currently being redecorated. Walls will be magnolia, curtains and light shade will be light blue. The mattress will be new, but all other furniture remains as in the images. The kitchen decor will also remain the same.
I have been welcoming lodgers for seven years. Most of my previous lodgers stayed for several years.
