I am looking to rent 1 DOUBLE ROOM. I am live in landlord working away occasionally

1 room now available. Single person. Looking ideally for Female tenant as other tenant is a female student

New carpets and flooring throughout shared areas.

Large eat in kitchen with small table. Large bathroom and large separate W/C

Large Garden and outhouse. Veg growing if you do desire. Couple of apple trees. On street no restriction parking right outside

I am looking for interesting, friendly quiet but sociable tenant. This is very much a home and not an HMO. I want the right , likeminded tenants who will enjoy and respect the house. If you want party- central then this is not the house for you

A dog might be possibly but would need to be discussed. No cats I’m afraid. I have a small friendly dog

I am a part time live in landlord here most days.

I would consider short term minimum of 3-6 months but ideally 6-12 months
