Lovely house off town centre

I am advertising a double room in a very nice location in a large 1930’s modern semi detached house.
I work as a business owner in Taunton and am out of the home most of the day. The room is very nicely decorated, the shared bathroom and shower are next door and there is a separate living room and large kitchen with living area with doors opening to long private garden. There is no parking on the driveway, but this is a quiet residential road with plenty of non permit parking.
I do own 3 well behaved Hungarian Vizsla’s who are very friendly and no problem.
All bills included.
Looking for a person who will be clean, tidy and treat my home with respect, but also feeling that they can live with freedom and space. References will be expected along with a security deposit
