I am looking for a fourth person to share spacious farmhouse. Someone who is kind, peaceful and considers themselves honest communicators, and to be blunt can pay rent on time!

PLEASE NOTE:
Available now. Long or short term. Professionals preferred. No reservations. Will not let without an in-person viewing. One month's deposit required up front if you want to take the room, which is placed with the DPS.

THE HOUSE:
Shared spaces are our lovely modern well equipped kitchen. Large dining space leading onto a patio. Large lounge with log burner and TV with Netflix etc.
Downstairs toilet room. Upstairs first floor bathroom with roll top bath and plenty if storage.
Utility with washing machine.

OUTSIDE
There is a large enclosed patio area great in the summer in particular. Garden furniture (dining table and chairs) in storage over winter but available when needed. Raised bed area with herbs available to use.
Large parking area for 4 or 5 cars. Plenty of extra parking directly outside this area if parking by patio full.
Area for bins & recycling.

Back garden is LARGE and mixed areas - manicured area lovely for relaxing, lawns, veg garden, greenhouse, pond. You have full use of the whole garden and welcome to grow & use it as much as you like.

BILLS
All bills are included except logs for the fire.
Consumables such as toilet roll and cleaning products for your own space are your responsibility too.
The cost of heating oil is now extortionate but this doesn't mean no heating on! It's just not on all the time.. during winter I try to keep it around 4 or 5 hours a day split between morning and evening. I reserve the right to increase rents if costs go through the roof but will always discuss in advance of any changes.

Couples and sharers are welcome. Rates are an additional £250 per calender month

Council tax is included in the rent.
