Recently split with my partner and have 2 dogs
No smoking inside the house but allowed out the rear of the property.
Renter needs to help with the cleaning and be respectful with noise ect as elderly neighbours either side.
I currently work 7:30-job completion. So renter will need to be willing to let the dogs out for a wee ect when in the property
Very secure house. CCTV, 70-80mbps broadband and extremely good WIFI around the house
Please note I will not accept and recreational drug use at the property
