Very convenient location - 5 minute walk to Glastonbury skatepark and supermarkets, 30 seconds away from a convenience store / Clark's Village, 5 minutes away from Strode College and Street centre, bus stop right outside property on the 376/77/29 route etc.

Rent is £495 pcm, and bills will vary seasonally but included in this amount are monthly bills for internet and electricity ( not included is council tax band A if applicable ) !

I'm a 21 year old female student who is studying for my degree full-time at Strode College. I'm looking for someone who can reliably cover rent, keep communal areas clean and generally be respectful as a housemate. Looking for someone before January 18th, rent is due on the 18th (negotiable move-in date as long as rent, bills and deposit are paid by 18th of next month).

I am singularly occupying as a tenant via AST, and I am sub-letting, meaning you will have a lodger's agreement as your contract for the property. Happy to discuss contract terms but usually a 1 month rolling contract works fine for most.
