Double bedroom for female teacher

Female teacher seeking another female teacher to share her home with (term-time only). I have a downstairs double bedroom available with a separate toilet/sink cloakroom for lodger. as well as a shared use of a bathroom and open kitchen/living room in Street. Looking for a teacher who is clean, tidy and doesn’t need room during school holidays (lodger won’t be charged during these weeks). Room won’t be rented during these times either. All bills are included and room has TV, bed, bedside table and clothes storage units. Tenant may want to bring own desk.
