Spacious one bedroom annexe

We are located in a village approx 9 miles from Yeovil.
We are looking for a responsible person to rent our annexe. It is spacious with a large sitting room / kitchen, good sized double bedroom and small office area.
A utility room/ entrance area equipped with good sized shelving and built in cupboards. No pets as we are a working farm.
Car space under cover for one car.
Council tax band A. Heating via a biomass boiler. There is also a wood burner in the sitting room/ kitchen area.

We really just want someone kind and easy going, who will look after it.
