Basement with a spectacular view & garden!

I am looking for a female professional to rent a room in the basement of our cottage (Band D). The basement has its own outdoor seating area with access to a beautiful garden.
The basement also has its own kitchen, shower room with toilet and seperate lounge. You will have full access to all of these rooms along with a bedroom. We don't go down to the lower floor very often so it is like having your own flat without renting one!
Our cottage is in Upper Swainswick making it very handy for the A46 and M4 or just 5 minute drive/15 minute walk from the nearest bus stop on London Rd taking you in Bath city centre. You have the benefits of a peaceful location with stunning views and walks and being close to town when you need it. We also have the lovely village of Larkhall close by for shops and pubs.
You will be living with me and my 9 year old daughter who is neurodivergent and so it is critical you are someone who is compassionate, patient and understanding. My daughter is high functioning so you will only notice when she is disregulated because she finds it hard to manage emotions. We live a very peaceful life, don't go out much and rarely have people over. We also have a lovely cat called Mittens.
We may extend past a 3 month contract if things go well but wanted to just test it to start off.
