A Peaceful Household with Space to Breathe

We’re looking for 2 people to join our friendly household. The double room is available now and the smaller single is currently taken until 1st June but available after that.
About Us
We are Edward and Rachel, and we live here most of the time. Our other lodger is called Theo, 23, a student (moves out in June) We both study, care for a large garden, and look after this beautiful—though occasionally demanding—old house.
The house is currently on the market, but there is no offer. If anything changes, you can expect open and honest conversations well in advance. This is the reason we have set 6 months as a maximum, but if no sale is on the cards we could extend.
We also have one en‑suite room listed on Airbnb, and occasionally host short‑stay guests in other rooms — but we’re now intentionally moving towards longer‑term lodgers to give the house (and ourselves!) a breather from frequent guest turnover. Occasional short stays may still happen, but this is very much a home, not a holiday let.
