We are looking for a female housemate for the room which available for single occupancy only. Sorry No couples. No smokers. No pets/dogs

This property, as well as being PERFECTLY SITUATED for the train station a 5-10 min walk. The town centre is only a mile away. The house has good access to both the M5 Motorway. A 40 minute walk to Musgrove Hospital. A 30 minute drive to Hinkley

The house is quite large & comfortable. It has front & back gardens. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with friendly neighbours.

This house has 3 lockable bedrooms and shared use of one bathroom, a kitchen, a downstairs loo, a lounge. The back room is used as my art studio/dining room/laundry and freezer area. So there's plenty of space. The kitchen has a washing machine and plenty of fridge & freezer space.

A cleaner is employed to clean the shared communal areas of the house.

A female of any nationality is welcome to view

I have a friendly rescue dog. So you must also be ok with a dog as a housemate. You can see him in the lounge photo. Unfortunately this does not mean you will be able to bring your pets or dog here

Were looking for a female, working in paid employment of at least 30 hrs per week and are willing to recycle ♻️ their own waste. We manage to recycle a lot so hardly have any rubbish in the wheely bin

Please note: bills are included, however if energy prices go up then this will increase the rent slightly. We don’t use energy excessively and expect housemates to do the same
