This lovely big room is at the front of the house so easily accessible. It has a large bay window and high ceilings, is airy and light and beautifully decorated. It will be freshly painted. It comes with a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is a tv point and plenty of sockets in the room. The house comes with BT ULTRA broadband which is commercially boosted around the house - download away. The bedroom has blackout curtains so you can get a good night sleep even if you are a shift worker. There is a family sized bathroom with an over bath shower on the first floor and a shower room and separate toilet downstairs. You will share these with only two others so there will never be a problem with queues.

The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you could need from wine glasses to roasting tins. Each tenant is allocated their OWN FRIDGE/FREEZER and a large storage cupboard each. There are all the appliances you would expect, a double sink and loads of counter space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The use of these are included in the price - your rent is all inclusive. Hoover, Ironing board and Iron are also provided. There're double doors that take you into the garden and also a dining area in the kitchen.

There is a lovely living room with a comfy sofa and a Sony Android TV so you can watch Netflix and other streaming services. There are plenty of power sockets if you wanted to plug in gaming devices etc. A fold out dining table and extra chairs means there are facilities for entertaining, should you wish. There is also access to the garden through double doors.

Outside there is a garden with seating, BBQ and bike rings to secure bikes to and an outside drying line. There is a side ally to bring bikes up to secure in the garden should you wish.

The house is very close to the station, just a couple of minutes walk and a short walk from town and has excellent access to the M5. There is unrestricted street parking.

The other housemates are all lovely professional people who enjoy a calm, tidy home and seek similar. There is one man and three women -all in their twenties. The house has great communal areas for chilling with the other housemates or entertaining but is also big enough that you can relax in your own space if you are not feeling sociable.
