Lovely large sunny room in friendly house

Room available from 7th September.
I am looking for a quiet, kind, cheerful person who would like a lovely large cosy and warm room to rent. This would be to share with myself (owner) and one other professional male in a little terraced house. It's 5 mins walk to the station, 15 mins walk into town and if you love the countryside and walking the Quantock Hills are are 15 minute drive, M5 10 mins.
This is a warm and relaxed friendly home, erring more on the rustic side than modern. We tidy up as we go along and are considerate of each other. We keep or selves to ourselves and also share and chat.
There is a washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave broadband WiFi and TV Ariel.
When the weather is right there is a sweet little garden.
