I'm happy to share my bright open and relaxing (rather coppery) lounge, located at the top of the house with a roof terrace facing the canal, which has SKY/Netflix/Amazon etc with 65" OLED TV and fibre-optic WiFi throughout.

Lodger would only be sharing with me, so I'm happy for someone sociable and creative who enjoys watching movies or chats or the pub, also respectful of privacy. Equally happy with with someone that is scarce and busy.

The property is situated 10 minutes walking distance from the town centre, and close to Blackbrook Business Park, the M5 J25/A38 and Taunton Train Station is a short walk up the road. As the house is right by the canal, you have beautiful walking routes (which makes shopping in Morrisons pleasant in the Summer).

The large bright and airy kitchen/diner with access to massive south-facing terrace overlooking the canal is fully equipped with dishwasher, utensils and cookware, washing machine/dryer. large dining table can sit around 8 people. Also has UHD TV.

I am a smoker, but not in the communal areas and prefer smoking on the terrace.

All bills included (Except Council Tax and small bi-annual maintenance fee of £180 which would be split 50/50)
