This refurbished home has been laid out and finished to a HIGH standard for convenient shared living.

The communal spaces have been designed with sharing in mind, it’s a sociable space but the house is big enough and everyone has their own bathroom so you are not on top of each other.

All rooms are en-suite with plumbing deigned for a house with many bathrooms so you won’t experience a loss of pressure because someone somewhere else is showering. All rooms have a tv point and plenty of sockets. All the rooms are furnished with beds with draws underneath, a chest or draws, and a bedside cabinet and wardrobe.

The available room, is very big. It takes up the whole of the top floor, has a large ensuite, a walk in wardrobe, loads of extra cupboard space and also comes with a desk and chair. It has view across Taunton.

The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you could need from wine glasses to roasting tins. Each tenant is allocated their OWN FRIDGE/FREEZER and a large storage cupboard each. There are all the appliances you would expect, a double sink and loads of counter space.

There is a utility room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers to minimize wait times for a machine. This house is designed with sharers in mind. The use of these are included in the price - your rent is all inclusive. Hoover, Ironing board and Iron are also provided.

There is a living room area with a sofa and a Sony Smart TV so you can watch Netflix and other streaming services. There are plenty of power sockets if you wanted to plug in gaming devices etc.

Outside there is a south facing garden with seating, BBQ and bike rings to secure bikes to and an outside drying line. There is a side ally to bring bikes up to secure in the garden should you wish.

The house is very close to the station, just a couple of minutes walk and a short walk from town and has excellent access to the M5. There is unrestricted street parking.
