Looking for a considerate, non-smoking/vaping professional person to share with live-in landlady who works full-time & who also speaks French & some Mandarin/Cantonese. Students will also be considered as my last 2 lodgers were students.

Although it is a double-sized bedroom, the room is for a single occupancy. By negotiation, the bed can be changed if that is an issue. There are also a double wardrobe and writing table/dressing table in the room.
