Bedroom, own lounge, bathroom in spacious house

The location:
The house is situated in the village of Milverton within commuting distance to Taunton. It has beautiful surroundings and is very close to the local shop and pub (approximately a 2 and 5 minute walk respectively).

The rooms:
You will have two rooms to yourself, a bedroom and a sitting/study room, but feel free to use the extra room as you see fit. You will also have a bathroom and hallway to yourself. The kitchen and garden is a shared area.

An important note:
It is vital that you like cats because I have a very friendly cat who adores cuddles.
