Looking for a quiet professional to rent a large double bedroom with parking permit available. You will share my home with me, my work commitments mean that I am away for part of each week.
House has a private garden and there is space to keep your cycle safe. There is a study, dinning room, living room, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower. A five minute walk from the centre of town it is also just a mile from Musgrove hospital and close to the colleges and independent schools. There is super fast broadband, if you are a serious gamer I may ask for an additional contribution towards the broadband bill should it result in a tariff change. I am looking for someone who relishes peace after a long day and who would appreciate my home.
