A good sized en-suite double room on the second floor, this room is the only room on this floor so nice and quiet. The room has plenty of power sockets and a tv point and the house has full Fibre Wi-Fi. The room comes with a desk and chair but we can take this away if you don’t require them. There is also a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a bedside cabinet. The room will be freshly decorated before you move in and you will be provided with a brand new, never been slept on mattress.

The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with glassware, pans, crockery. Each tenant is allocated their OWN FRIDGE/FREEZER and a large storage cupboard each. There are all the appliances you would expect, a double sink and loads of counter space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The use of these are included in the price - your rent is all inclusive. Hoover, Ironing board and Iron are also provided. There are double doors that take you into the garden and also a dining area in the kitchen.

There is a living room with sofa, television and plenty of power sockets for gaming devices plus a further dining area and access to the garden through double doors. The TV is a Sony Android so you will be able to watch NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME or any other tv streaming service with ease.

Outside there is a garden with seating, BBQ and bike rings to secure bikes to and an outside drying line plus a side ally to bring bikes up.

The house is very close to the station and a short walk from town. Please note there is no parking at the house.

The housemates are all in their late twenties to earn forties and are looking to share with someone in that age range who will enjoy socializing with them. They regularly organise house activities together such as BBQs in the garden, film nights and nights out. Whilst the housemates are not party animals and it is a quiet respectful space, this house WILL NOT SUIT AN OLDER PERSON OR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO KEEP THEMSELVES TO THEMSELVES. The right applicant will be someone who wants to be part of the house community.

£100 holding fee to take the room off the market. This payment will form part of your first rental payment. Should you fail referencing, the money will be returned to you. If you reserved the room and then subsequently decide not to take it, the money will be forfeit.

£300 deposit with a guarantor or the equivalent of 5 weeks rent deposit without.
