I have a double room to let on Kingston Road, at Hatchers Court in Rowbarton, Taunton. Hatchers court is a 1920s building with character and high ceilings.
I will only be around rarely in the week and some weekends as I work and live mainly in Bristol . So unlike with most lets in Taunton you will be on your own the majority of the time!
It's a cosy , warm, bright flat with a large living space and good views to the Blackdowns.
There is also a designated parking space for the flat which I don't use and parking for visitors at the front.
It is a fully furnished flat (but can remove items if you want) and would suit someone working in Taunton or who has to be near the train station (only a 10 minute walk) or needs motorway access for M5. It is convenient for the town centre as well. There is the Fortune pub less than 5 minutes away and a tesco convenient store near by.
