Short term let as my home is up for sale, therefore must be someone accepting of this. Must be a dog lover!

A double room is available within an end terrace house in a gated community just a five minute walk from the town centre and a two minute walk to Vivary Park.

You would be sharing with a professional young lady (me!) and would have access to my kitchen, living room, garden and office space should you require to. There are two parking spaces available.

I am very laid back and like a laugh, but I do ask for someone who is understanding of dogs.

Deposit is negotiable.
