Looking for a flatmate who is also a young professional type who is sociable and respectful, I own the flat myself but I'm away alot of the time with my work about 60-70% of the year i would say, so you will have the place to yourself most of the time, also there is off street parking aswell in front of the building and communal gardens, the flat is fully furnished, and the its very near the town center, hospital and public transport
