Double Room available in Taunton

I am a 25 yr old female healthcare worker. My current housemate is moving away, so I am looking for a new housemate.

This is a rented, modern 2 bedroom house in Taunton. It’s in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, less than 10 mins walk to the town centre. It is also suitable for those working at the hospital, which is a 10 min walk away.

The photos you see are of the room (all furniture will be removed for when you move in), the downstairs living space and kitchen/diner. Living space, kitchen and bathroom will be shared with me. Bathroom includes bathtub and shower. There is a second toilet on the ground floor.

The person must be employed and will be expected to pay half of rent and utilities. Your share will work out around £500/month. Strictly no children, smokers or pets, per landlord’s rules.

I already have kitchen appliances, sofa, dining table etc. The person will need to provide their own bedroom furniture, although I could supply a wardrobe and desk. There is street parking available with a permit.

I would need this person to be ready to move in around March 2022. Both myself and the landlord will request to meet you to ensure that we are a good fit. The landlord also requires references.
