The house is well located, near the centre of town, and a 5 minute walk to the train station. The room is recently renovated, and is fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and desk, wardrobe and bedding etc. It's a south facing bedroom looking over the garden, so lots of natural light!
I am slowly renovating the house and garden, but only at weekends occasionally.
The house is cleaned professionally every two weeks and the TV includes Netflix, Prime, Sky sports, and BT sports.
All bills are included, and you have access to the whole house. Parking is available but charged monthly due to permits.
Overall, it's a quiet, warm, laid back home.
