Large studio suite in Taunton town centre

We have for rent a large en-suite studio room with own kitchen area, but cooking is in the main kitchen. Room 5 is at the back of the house with its own entrance , The house is in a quiet location but only a 4 minute walk to Taunton town center and all its facilities. If taken by a couple, it will be higher rent. All bills are included in the rent except t. v license. Tv points and telephone sockets in all rooms. All heating and hot water comes from a central boiler room which stores 300 liters of hot water at any time. The room is furnished There are 2 washing machines in the main house which are free to use.
The house has 8 en-suite bed sit rooms, and 2 kitchens, plus this studio room. We are professional landlords and registered with the local council standards
We do not do photos of rooms for privacy reasons, please remember this is a home/could be your home and do you want lots of people seeing your life.
I may not return messages straight away as currently have lots going on. I do not do distance lettings/ let friends view for others, For protection/ make sure everyone has the right to rent, I only do in person viewings.
