This house has been designed for shared living. It has been recently completely refurbished throughout with modern living in mind. All bills including council tax are included.

Rooms are all modern and stylish. All rooms have plenty of sockets plus access to SUPERFAST commercially boosted WI-FI. The bedroom has blackout curtains so you can get a good sleep, even if it’s light outside. All rooms come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinet. This room is a really good size and a desk and chair can be supplied to you as well if you wish. The room is at the back of the house and looks over the south facing garden. You would share a bathroom with only one other person so there is never a queue for the shower.

The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you could need from wine glasses to roasting tins. Each tenant is allocated their OWN FRIDGE/FREEZER (there can be no doubt about whose milk it is) and a large storage cupboard each. A kettle, toaster and microwave is supplied there is also a double sink and loads of counter space. The kitchen has a dining area with a table and benches to comfortably seat six.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The use of these are included in the price - your rent is all inclusive. Hoover, Ironing board and Iron are also provided.

There is a living room with a sofa, arm chair, coffee tables and Smart TV so you can watch Netflix and other streaming services. There are plenty of power sockets if you wanted to plug in gaming devices etc.

Outside there is a garden with seating and bike rings to secure bikes to and an outside drying line.

The house is very close to the station, just a couple of minutes walk and a short walk from town and has excellent access to the M5. It's very central and you are close to a large supermarket and an abundance of other shops.

The other tenants are a nice group of young professionals who would like to share with similar.

This room is for single occupancy only, couples will not be accepted.

Please note that there is no parking at the property. The property comes with parking permits for two cars but these have already been allocated to other tenants. If you have a car you will need to organise an alternative arrangement.
