Large Double Room - Female Preferred

Hello,

I am looking for a flatmate to move into my lovely spare room. The room is a bright, spacious, furnished double room with 2 large chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.

The ground floor flat is:
4 minute walk to Taunton train station
10 minute walk to closest supermarket and main town center
30 minute walk to Musgrove (10 min cycle)

There is on street parking and storage space for a bicycle in the garage.

Shared large living room, bathroom and separate toilet, and fully equipped kitchen including plenty of cooking utensils and baking equipment. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer too. Internet included.

I would prefer to share with a female but could be open to sharing with a male if it feels right.

I live a busy life between work and socialising so I am in and out of the flat a lot. I am looking for someone who is respectful, enjoys socialising but also quiet time, and it is important I live with someone who I genuinely get along with.
