Large annex with toilet in central Taunton

I live in a 3 bed house in central Taunton, who is looking for a house mate; but also not a house mate exactly…

…There is a huge modern annex at the end of the garden. Fits a king sized bed, multiple items of bedroom furniture; and still has lots of space to live/move around in. It also has it’s own toilet; but no shower. Videos included in the pictures / videos part of this ad so you can see the size.

The annex is at the bottom of a medium sized (south facing) garden and it’s completely separate to the main house; however you have full use of the main house at all times.

All essential amenities are on the ground floor (kitchen, lounge, bathroom) so it’s easy access. There’s also lights in the garden to guide your way in the darker nights! The annex itself will be partly furnished, there’s a real oak wood double wardrobe and the blue kingsized divan base only included. Bed does have 2x storage draws. (So only a mattress is needed) The rest of the furniture in the videos is not included.

The house is also very central and within walking distance of the most known places in Taunton.

This house is a 10/15 minute walk to Taunton train station, (also depends if you know the shortcuts) and a 24 min walk to Musgrove Park Hospital. Park and ride is also a few minute walk away from the front door and takes 8 mins to get to the hospital.

There is parking but only by permit parking which is less than £80 per year.

*please note - there are 2 cats in the main house which I’m currently fostering for a few months.
