Large Shared bathroom with Caroline although I tend to use the shower in the en-suite room downstairs. Shower over bath & drawers for your use.

Open plan living/dining room with small conservatory leading to garden & utilities including washing machine ~ tumble dryer currently needs replacing but there’s a washing line in the garden and a really good laundry service nearby if you prefer.
Lovely Kitchen with your own cupboard space & storage.

There is an en-suite room downstairs where I work & have clients for Hypnotherapy occasionally ~ Likewise our children will visit & stay in the downstairs en-suite room occasionally and visit often.

I have a very friendly and sometimes over loving large 11 month old Husky pup who sleeps in his crate in the living room through the night or when I’m out, he’s around when I’m home :)
