I have a room available for rent in professional household, sharing kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms with showers over bath are available for the 2 lodgers to use, the landlord has ensuite room at opposite end of the house and own living room area, so maintains some separation and privacy, while hopefully also providing a friendly and inclusive atmosphere with plenty of outdoor space for alfresco dining and pleasant evenings chatting during the summer. There is also a kitchen garden area for growing salads and veg if desired.
The property is located close to Musgrove Hospital, with easy access to Taunton and Wellington, while nicely located in the countryside.
Rent includes bills (fair usage) and council tax. The property includes underfloor heating throughout, gas hob and electric oven.
Well behaved pets would be considered, but owner must be willing to take responsibility for any damage.
