Double room will be available from March or April in house Monkton Heathfield. Room overlooking fields/countryside with shared bathroom.
I share my home with my two sons aged 16 & 18 and we have a lovely male tenant aged 20. My partner also comes to stay a few nights a week when she is not working.
We are a sociable bunch but would equally respect your privacy.
We also have two dogs really friendly.
Parking off road but no specific space.
Rent is for room, shared bathroom, use of kitchen as well as dining room and gardens (when not in use).
