Spare room in cottage

A spare single room in a little terrace house, in a taunton village.
Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. Large garden and lots of local walks which are easily accessible from the house.
Bedroom is partially furnished. It has a single bed, wardrobe and chest of draws; however I'm happy if you want to bring your own furniture. I recently bought the house and have not finished painting yet; therefore I'm happy for the tenant to make themselves at home by decorating their room to their preferences.
I love animals and would be open to the tenant having a well-behaved pet.
Approximately a 25 minute walk to Musgrove hospital. I am an NHS worker myself.
