There is parking on the road, there are spaces to the front of the flat or just down the next side road (4 houses away). It is not permit parking.

I have let property for quite a few years now and am a good quality landlord, I belong to the NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association) so am required to uphold good standards.
The flat has all of it's safety certificates, the boiler is serviced regularly (our expense, not yours) as are the smoke detectors, emergency lighting and electrics.
